Synopsis:

Based on an 18th-century notebook from the Western Himalayan hills, this film explores a rare illustrated journal from the atelier of Nainsukh of Guler, documenting dreams interpreted as omens. Blending scenes from the artist’s waking memory with dream imagery, the film highlights the notebook’s ethnographic significance and its exquisite artistic style brought to life through sound, rhythm, and the enduring visual language of Pahari painting.
